Shipping Policy

Where we ship from. All orders ship from our facility in Illinois, USA.

Where we ship to. We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item and destination. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery time. Estimated transit time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or damaged in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, or your item arrives damaged, contact us at { support@tornadodeals.com } within 48 hours and we will help resolve it.
