Welcome to TornadoDeals. By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products, condition & availability. We sell brand-name overstock and liquidation goods, often in limited or single quantities. Items are listed as New & Sealed, Open Box (Like New), or Used, and the product page reflects the actual condition. Because stock is limited, an item may sell out before your order is processed. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will cancel that item and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing & errors. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after an order is confirmed. In that case we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

4. Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities purchased per person or per order, at our discretion.

5. Payment. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Intellectual property. Brand names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell. All site content and design is the property of (YURII ZVIR INC).

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, {YURII ZVIR INC} is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products sold. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
